RESOLUTION NO. 3455
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 336.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Improvement District
No, 136 for the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereolf.
SECTION II. That the general character of the improvements to
be made in said proposed Special Improvement District is the paving
of Eleventh Avenue West between Seventh and Eighth'�treets.
SECTION III. That the estimated cost of: said improvements is
1"o-ut Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
`�','�CTION IV. That the entire cost and expense of said imp--rove-
shall be assessed against each lot within the district to
1,e es:sessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears
to th-e area of the entire district.
ECTION V. That said assessment shall be paid for in full up-
::A_1 'Coz,'-pletion of the contract, or shall be paid in twenty equal
,,t�m installments, hereby extended over a period of ten years.

VI. That said improvements shall be paid for in Special
r-i,:,.rovement District Warrants issued aqainst said district in sums
-ot to -exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each, bearing interest
at a ra.te that is no greater than allowed by the 'Laws of the State

SECTION VIII. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed

in a daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 336.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the City
Council of the City of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Im-
provement District No. 336 for the purpose of constructing a 24
foot paved driving surface and a 3 foot gravel surface shoulder on
Eleventh Avenue West between Seventh and Eighth Streets, in that
certain area described in Resolution No. 3455, which Resolution
is filed in the office of the Kalispell City Clerk -Treasurer, and
which area is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and for that purpose made a part hereof.
The estimated cost and expense of said improvement is Four
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).
.. The cost of said improvement shall be assessed against all of
the property within the district by determining the lots frontage
.pon the above right-of-way and assessing each lot as its frontage
