Notes
All house or business addresses will be visible from the road,
either at the driveway entrance or on the house.
All utilities shall be placed underground.
All areas disturbed during development of structures and
driveways shall be revegetated in accordance with a plan
approved by the County Weed Department.
The Property Owners Association shall be responsible for
maintenance of roads. Roads shall be maintained, including

That portion of the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, Principal Meridian, Montana, Flathead County, Montana
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 19; Thence SOUTH and along the westerly boundary of said Section 19 a distance of 443.50 feet to
the TRUE POINT of BEGINNING; Thence N 89143'00" E 257.00 feet to the westerly right-of-way of Burlington Northern Railroad; Thence S 39152'00"
E and along said westerly right-of-way a distance of 500.07 feet; Thence WEST 172.86 feet; Thence S 47118'39" W 190.83 feet; Thence WEST
