County, Montana, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of
the SW1/4 of said Section 5; thence S09050'15"W along the west boundary of said
SW1/4 a distance of 1008.34 feet to a point on the south boundary of a 5.3 acre
parcel as shown on Certificate of Survey No. 1977, records of Flathead Couinty,
said corner being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract of land herein
described; thence N89032'33"E along said south boundary 132.70 feet to a proint
on the west right-of-way of a deeded county road known as Whitefish Stage Road;

We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused to
be surveyed and platted into lots and private easements all of the following
described property and as shown by the annexed plat, to wit,
A tract of land in Government Lot 13 of Section 5, Township 28 North, Range
21 West, P.M.,M., Flathead County, Montana, described as follows: Commencing
at the southwest corner of the SW1/4 of said Section 5; thence S89059'31"E
along the south boundary of said SW1/4 a distance of 239.00 feet to a point
on the west right-of-way of a dedicated county road known as Whitefish Stage
Road, also being the southeast corner of Lot 1 of PARKDALE a subdivision,
records of Flathead County; thence northerly along said west right-of-way the
following four courses:
N04035'52"E 269.10 feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar; N04032'44"E 74.68
feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar; N04047'14"E 146.29 feet to a found 5/8 inch
rebar; N04026'16"E 399.58 feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar, said rebar being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract of land herein described; thence
continuing H04026'16"E along said west right-of-way 206.00 feet to a corner
of said Lot 1 of PARKDALE; thence N28022'44"W along the northeast boundary of
said Lot 1 a distance of 101.88 feet; thence N76022'45"W 24.04 feet; thence
N38013'30"W 63.38 feet to a point on the west boundary of Government Lot 13
of said Section 5; thence S09050'15"W along the west boundary of said
Government Lot 13 a distance of 357.22 feet to a point that is S89027'02"W of
the point of beginning; thence H89027'02"E 156.11 feet to the point of
beginning containing 0.941 acre more or less, being subject to and together
with all easements as shown hereon and all appurtenant easements of record.
The above described tract of land is to be known and described as the AMENDED
PLAT OF A PORTION OF LOT 1 PARKDALE.
OWNERS' CERTIFICATION
"We hereby certify that the purpose of this division of land is to relocate
common boundary lines between a single lot within a platted subdivision and
adjoining land outside a platted subdivsion. Any restrictions or requirements
on the original platted subdivision or original unplatted parcels continue to
apply to those areas; therefore, this division of land is exempt from
review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207 (1) (f), M.C.A.; ALSO, we
certify that the purpose for this division of land is to acquire an additional
0.073 acre to become part of PARCEL "A" as shown hereon, this boundary line
relocation will eliminate construction errors; therefore, this division of land
is exempt from review by the Department of Health and Environmental Sciences
