A RESOLUTION LEVYING AND ASSESSING A TAX UPON ALL PROPERTY IN SPECIAL
1,"CPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 333 TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF MAKING THE SPECIAL
I.MPROVEMENTS AUTHORIZED THEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,

To defray the costs of making the special improvement s author -
A. in that area included within Special Improvement District No. 333
�hf�� City of Kaligpell, as more particularly described in Resolution
3351, dated August 5, 1981, and or- file in the office of the City
-Treasurer, therein is hereby levied and assessed against all said
op,;a-rty a tax in the total sum of $65,000.00, plus interest as herein -
provided. Said sum includi�-�s all the costs of miaking said implove-
t_s and as allowed by Section 7-12-4169, M.C.A., and as certified to
City Clerk -Treasurer by the Direct -or of Public Works upon completion

Said levy and assessment as is made herein under against each
ct or parcel of land within said District also shall include accruing

n',L-res't thereon at the rate of 15% until paid from the date of regis-

August 5, 1981, and if the same is not paid in full when so levied

installmeni-s as provided by Resolution No. 3353, dated August 5, 1981.
Each lot or parcel of land within said district shall be assessed
for that part of the aforesaid whole cost which its area bears to the
a'�,_ea of the entire district. The description of each lot or parcel
and tl�ic of its owner, and the amount of each partial payment to be
m, a d e- a n d the date when the same shall become delinquent is set forth in
'A", attached hereto and which, by this reference, uJoes become

The City Clerk-Treasure'r is hereby directed to publish Notice
la(�_rcof as -,,tovided by Section 7-12-4177, M.C.A. This council will meet
'd hear any objections to said levy and assessment and take final action
t'!a-l'"oon at the regular meeting of the City Council at the Council
Kalispell City Hall, comi-nencinq at 7:30 P.M. on the _3�
day of F 1983; said Notice shall so provide.

WHEREAS, the within and foregoing Resolution No. 3450
signed by the Mayor and City Clerk of the Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, was filed in the office of said C.1-erk of the
Council on the 20th day of Decembe:r JI 198 2 - , and has
since that date been on file in said office, subject to inspection,
and the Clerk of the Council having given notice of the passing and
filing of said Resolution by publication in the Daily Inter Lake, a
newspaper printed and published in the City of Kalispell, Montana,
at- least five days before the date set herein for hearing chjec-
tions thereto, and the City Council having heen in session at the
time and place for the hearing of objections, aiid no owner, or
a�jent of any owner of lots, pieces or parcels of land situated
wit'itin said Special ImProvei',ient District No- 333 or any other person,
appeared and protested against or object - - -ed to the final
and adoption of said Resolution or to any assessment or
t x levied or asse.ssed; and it appearing to the satisfactJon
City Council that the cost of the impr7ovements within the
s a i G-1 � '�-Ipecial Improvement Diistrict No. 333 was necessary and proper,
arl", t_'�4,�-it the cost thereof should be assessed accordingly as in said

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MONTANA:

anCli 1' same is hereby finally passed and adopted, and the said

s,3j,-ie are hereby levied and assessed accordingly, and that the
first of said assessments are no -AT due and payable to the City
Treasurer of the City of Kalispell, Montana, and same will become
delinquent on 1 19 , at 5:30 P.M. of
said' dav, and hereafter the annual payments as required shall become
(lelinquent on the last day of November of each year for which
sa-id ainnual amount is due at 5 P.M. of s—a-id day.
The City Cle rk is also hereby ordered to deliver to the Kaliapeli
Clity Treasurer a certified copy of this and the within and foregoing
Resolution No. - 3450 within two (2) days after its passing.
