RESOLUTION 3393
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEE SCHEDULES FOR ZONING PROCEDURES AND TO
ESTABLISH AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREFORE.
WHEREFORE, on December 21, 1981 the City Council of the City of
Kalispell adopted and enacted Ordinance #995, which ordinance amended
the City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance and included provisions authorizing
the Kalispell City Council to establish fee schedules for various appeals ,
and applications for zoning changes; and
WHEREAS; after review by the Flathead Regional Development Office,
the Kalispell City -County Planning Board, and the Kalispell City Council,
an equitable schedule of fees therefore has been developed; and, further,
it is contemplated that said fee schedule will be adopted by other local
government agencies in Flathead County to promote uniformity in fees for
appeals, variance requests, and applications for zoning changes through-
out Flathead County.
NOW THEREFORE, it is resolved that the following fee schedule is
hereby adopted for the administration of the City of Kalispell Zoning
Ordinance:

PUD Zoning Review - Residential 200.00
PUD Zoning Review - Commercial or Mixed 400.00
Annexation & Zoning Initiation 100.00
Variance Application 50.00
Conditional Use 50.00
Comprehensive Plan Amendment
(If initiated by the developer) 200.00
These, schedules shall be effective beginning the 1st day of I
P�larch , 1982. In the interim the existing fee schedule shall
min full fo reain rce and effect. All fees are payable in advance.
