We hereby certify that the purpose of this survey is to relocate common boundaries between existing lots within a platted subdivision, that
five or fewer lots are affected, and that no additional lots are hereby created. Therefore, this survey is exempt from review as a subdivision
pursuant to Section 76-3-207(1)(d), MCA.
We hereby certify that this division creates parcels of land that have no existing facilities for water supply, wastewater disposal, and solid
waste disposal other than those that were previously approved by the reviewing authority under Title 76, chapter 4, part 1, if:
no new facilities will be constructed on the parcels (Lots 12A & 13A);
and the division of land will not cause approved facilities to violate any conditions of approval. Therefore, this division is exempt from
review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.605(2)(b)(i)&(ii).
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether public or private, providing or offering to
provide telephone, telegraph, electric power, gas, cable television, water or sewer service to the public, the right to the joint use of an
easement for the construction, maintenance, repair, and removal of their lines and other facilities, in, over, under, and across each area
designated on this plat as "Utility Easement" to have and to hold forever.
