A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR
SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the City of

did, on the 4th day of August, 1982, create Special Lightinq
District No. 1 of the City of Kalispell for the construction and
--ion of 44 historical -decorative street lights.along the Main

Street of Kalispell and in that area included in and in accordance
with the terms and conditions as specified in Resolution -No. 3402
and 3422 and;
WHEREAS, the City of Kali -spell Director of Public Work-s
h&s prepared plans and specs for said construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk -Treasurer forthwith call
for bids for said construction in accordance
with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the notice of said call for bids be in
substantial form of and contain the provisions
of Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
