A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT
NO. 2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON-
TANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Council
by Section No. 7-12-4403, M.C.A., tne boundaries of the oil Sprinkling
District No. 2 are hereby altered to include therein all areas with-
in the City as of M'arch 1, 1982, and in which sprinklin4 and dust
conLrol is being performed by the City directly or under a contract
'C_-herefor. Said district shall include any area heretofor designated
as Oil Sprinkling District No. 2.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPZLL, AND APPROVED
BY THE, MAYOR THIS DAY OF
1982.
