RESOLUTION NO. J3 3
A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT
NO. 2.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON-
TANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Council
by Section No. 7-12-4403, M.C.A., tine boundaries of the Oil Sprinkling
District No. 2 are hereby altered to include therein all areas with-
in the City as of March 1, 1982, and in which sprinkling and dust
control is being performed by the City directly or under a contract
'therefor. Said district shall include any area heretofor designated
as Oil Sprinkling District No. 2.

BY THE, MAYOR THIS DAY OF 1982.
