A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE COST OF THE.LIGHTING OF
THE STREETS AND ALLEYS IN �'HE CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTR T CT FOR THE
YEAR 1982-1983.
WHEREAS, that the entire cost of the Special Lighting District
for the year 1982-1983 is estimated to be �95,000.00 ; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 16th day of Aug
1982, the City Council did consider all objections made to said es-
timate and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment of said
cost.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
,OJF '.<ALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION 1. That a tax be levied for the total cost, or
; ,�,),5,66-0.00 , be in the amounts set opposite the description of
each Jot or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportion-
all--ely on an area basis in the amount of $ ..00226 per sq. ft. of lot
-�,r parcel of land within the district except public streets or rights
of v7ay.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper
copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
