PURPOSE OF SURVEY: Boundary Line Adjustment
DESCRIPTION
A tract of land situated, lying and being in the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 21 West,
P.M.,M., Flathead County, Montana, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block
36 of the Kalispell Original Plat (records of Flathead
County, Montana), thence S 13°54'29" E along
the westerly R/W of 1st Avenue East a distance
of 24.99 feet to the Southeast corner of said
Lot 1, which is the true point of beginning. Thence
continuing S 13°54'29" E along said R/W a
distance of 74.98 feet to a point. Thence
S 76'04'53" W along the northerly boundary of
Lot 5, Block 36, Kalispell Original, a distance of
139.89 feet to a point. Thence N 13'54'49" W
along the easterly R/W of the Block 36 alley a
distance of 74.98 feet to a point. Thence
N 76°04'56" E along the southerly boundary of
said Lot 1 a distance of 139.90 feet to the
point of beginning. Subject to and together with
all appurtenant easements of record.
The above described tract of land shall hereafter be
known as: THE AMENDED SUBDIVISION PLAT OF
LOTS 2, 3, & 4, BLOCK 36, KALISPELL ORIGINAL.
This division of land is exempt as a subdivision
per Section 76-3-207 (1) M.C.A..
This division of land is exempt from the Montana
Sanitation Act (Master Plan exemption) as per
