RESOLUTION NO. 3434
A RESOLUTION LEVYING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES IN THE WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. I FOR THE YEAR 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON-
TANA, AS FOLLOWS: -
WHEREAS, that the entire cost of the Water Sprinkling District
No. 1 for the year 1932 is estimated to be$ 30,050-00 and the City
has cash on hand of $9,019.42 for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 16th day of Au g
1902, the City Council did consider all objections made to said es-
tiwate and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment of said
cost;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
07 KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the total net cost, or
be in the amounts set opposite the description of
eac,h. lot or parcel of land as shown by the special assessment lLsts
on tile in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer.
