RESOLUTION NO. 3433
A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE
COST OF OIL SPRINKLING
THE ALLEYS AND UNPAVED STREETS AND AVENUES
WITH OIL AND DUST CON-
TROL IN OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 2, FOR
THE YEAR 1982. THE BOUN-
DARIES OF OIL.SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 2 ARE
HEREBY ALTERED TO IN-
CLUDE THEREIN ALL AREAS WITHIN THE CITY AS
OF MARCH 1, 1982*
WHEREAS, that the entire cost of the
Oil Sprinkling District
No. 2 for the year 1982-1983 is estimated
to be $L7_4_,000.00 . and
lthe City has cash on hand of $30,550-91
for this purpose; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on
the l6th day of
1.982, the City Council did consider all objections
made to said es-

for payment of said

1"JOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
011F XALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the total net cost, or

0.00 be in the amounts set opposite the description of
lot or parcel of land, as shown by the special -assessment lists
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportion-
ately on an area basis in the amount of .0021 per sq. ft. of 'Lots
or parcels of land within the district except public streets or
riglits of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper
copyc3fthis resolution to the City Treasurer�.as provided by law.
