Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. and more parti-
cularly described as follows:
TRACT 10A
The westerly 48.83 feet of Lot 10 of Block 237 of Kalispell Townsite Company's Ad-
dition Six to Kalispell, Montana, according to the map or plat thereof, records of
the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana. Containing 2441.5 square
feet of land, together with and subject to a 15 foot utility easement along the
northerly line as shown hereon. ,Also reserving the right to repair and maintain
the existing sewer line across Lot IOB.
TRACT 10B
The easterly 91.17 feet of Lot 10 lying west of U.S. Highway No. 93 and the easterly
67.00 feet of Lot 9 of Block 237 of Kalispell Townsite Company's Addition Six to
Kalispell, Montana, according to the map or plat thereof, records of the County
Clerk and Recorder of Flathead County, Montana. Containing 6886.5 square feet of
land, together with and subject to a 15 foot utility easement along the northerly
and easterly lines as shown hereon. Also reserving the right to repair and main-
tain the existing water line through Lot 10A. The easterly 67.00 feet of Lot 9 is
subject to a Montana Trust Indenture recorded December 23, 1982, in Book 757,
Page 399 as Doc. No. 19323, records of Flathead County, Montana.

additional lots are hereby created; therefore, this survey is exempt from review as
a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207 (e), M.C.A."
"I also certify that this subdivision is located within the City of Kalispell, a
first class municipality of the State of Montana, that the facilities of the City
of Kalispell will be used for water supply, sewage disposal and solid waste dis-
posal, and that no extensions of the City of Kalispell's water or sewer lines
are required to serve the subdivision, therefore, this survey is exempt from re-
view from the Sanitation in Subdivision A�uant to Section 76-4-111(3) M.C.A."
