RESOLUTION NO. 3428
A RESOLUTION TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF OIL SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND
AVENUES WITH OIL AND DUST CONTROL ON OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 2,
AND THE INTENTION OF LEVYING AND ASSESSING THE COST THEREOF FOR THE
YEAR 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the entire cost of the Oil Sprinkling District
No. : 2 for . the year 1982 is established to be $ 174,000.00 and the
City has cash on hand of $30,550.91 for this purpose.

',ECTION I.I. That it is the intention of -the City Council to
levy and assess a tax in the amount set opposite the description of
each lot or parcel of land within said district as shown by the spe-
cial assessment list on file in the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied on a pro-
portionate area basis at the rate of $0.0021 per sq. ft.

SECTION IV. The City Council will hold a public hearing on
.,a.id intent of levy and assessment before final adoption thereof;
�-.,Dja public hearing shall be held at the regular meeting of the City
Council to be held in the City Council chambers at 7:30 P.M. on the
"��th day of August 1982. The City Clerk --Treasurer will
.;_ve notice of said public hearing as provided by law.
