We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused
to be surveyed, subdivided and platted into lots as shown by the plat hereto
annexed, the following described land situated in Flathead County, Montana, to -wit:
That portion of Government Lot 14, Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, Principal
Meridian, Flathead County, Montana described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point that bears South 69'50'35" East 1062.24 feet from the northwest
corner of Government Lot 14, Section 6, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, said point being
on the westerly boundary of Addition No. 64 Buffalo Hill Townhouses; thence along said
westerly boundary of said subdivision and along the westerly boundary of that parcel of land
described in Book 369 Page 423, records of Flathead County, Montana, the following
three courses: South 03'05'10" West 49.18 feet, South 8757'06" West 2.88 feet, and
South 02'5426" West 399.94 feet to the northwesterly corner of that tract of land denoted as
Parcel B of Certificate of Survey No. 14535,, thence along the northwesterly boundary of said
Parcel B, South 4733'06" West 84.47 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 2 of Highland Park
First Addition; thence along the northerly boundary of said Lot 2 and along the northerly
boundary of Bountiful Drive, South 89'25'16" West 340.70 feet to the easterly boundary of

courses: North 03'1951" East 177.59 feet and North 8921'17" East 339.43 feet to the
Point of Beginning containing 4.384 acres of land, more or less, as shown on this plat which is
herewith incorporated in and made a part of this legal description.
The above -described parcel of land is to be known as Kalispell Regional Medical Center 2
i certify that this division of land is located within the city limits of Kalispell and is provided
with municipal facilities for the supply of water and disposal of sewage and solid waste. Therefore,
this division of land is exempt from review by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality
pursuant to Section 76-4-111 (3) M.C.A.
WAHER OF PROTEST
The undersigned hereby waives protest to the creation of a special improvement district
for the future upgrade of Bountiful Drive to City standards.
UTILITY EASEMENT
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether public or
private, providing or offering to provide telephone, electric power, gas, cable television, water or
sewer service to the public, the right to the joint use of an easement for the construction,
maintenance, repair and removal of their lines and other facilities, in and under each area
designated on this plat as "Utility Easement" to have and to hold forever. All extensions or
additions to existing and future utilities shall be underground.
