RESOLUTION NO. 3427
A RESOLUTION TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF LIGHTING THE STREETS AND AVENUES
IN THE CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT, AND OF THE INTENTION OF LEVY-
ING AND ASSESSING THE COST THEREOF FOR THE YEAR 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the entire cost of the City Special Lighting
District for the year 1982 is estimated to be $95,000.00 _. a
SECTION II. That it is the intention of the City Council to
levy and assess a tax for said cost, or $95,000.00 , in the amounts
set opposite the description of each lot or parcel of land within
said district as shown by the special assessment lists on file in
the office of the City Clerk -Treasurer.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied on an area
b,.)siS in the amount of $0.00226 per sq. ft., or $16.05 for each
3:10�_T sq. ft. lot or parcel of land within the district. -
SE(.7TION IV. The City Council will hold a public hearing on
said intent to levy and assessment before final adoption thereof;
public hearing shall be held at the regular meeting of the City
Ccaji�cil to be held in the City Council Chambers at 7:30 P.M. on
the ]_6th I day of August , 1982.
