A RESOLUTION TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS
AND AVENUES IN WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND FOR THE INTEN--
TION OF LEVYING AND ASSESSING THE COST THEREOF FOR THE YEAR 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON-
TANA, A5 FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the entire cost of the Water Sprinkling Dis-
trict No. 1 for the year 1982 is estimated to be —$_30,OS0.00 and
the city has $9,019.42 cash on hand for this purpose.
_SECTION I.I. That it is the intention of the City Council to
levy and assess a tax in the amounts set opposite the description
of each lot or parcel of land within said district as shown by the
:special assessment lists on file in the office of the City Clerk--
Troasurer.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied at
4..4308912 per sq. ft. of said lots abutting said streets and/or
avenues.
�?ECTION IV. The .City Council will hold a public hearing on
;aid .intent of levy and assessment before final adoption thereof;
said public hearing shall be held at the regular greeting of the
City Council to be held in the City Council chambers at 7:30 P.M.
on the 16th day of August , 1982. The City Clerk -Treasurer
will give notice of said. hearing as provided by law.
