Resolution 3419 - Transfer Funds - SID 305 to Revolving Fundi
RESOLUT !ON NO. .3-�41 5?
A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 305 TO THE CITY'S REVOLVING FUND; AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE
OFFICER TO MAKE THE REQUIRED JOURNAL ENTRIES; AND TO PROVIDE AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all bonds and warrants issued on Special improvement
District No. 305 for the installation of sewer lines have been
paid in full; and
WHEREAS, Section 7-12-`-4222.MCA, authorizinq the transfer of
all'monies remaining in a Special Improvement District, after all
bonds and warrants issued, therefore, have been paid in full,
to the City's Revolving Fund by order of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after payment in full of all bonds and warrants
issued for Special Improvement District No. 305 and the remaining
in said District, the sum of $78.3.13.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $783.13 be transferred from Special
Improvement District No. 305 to the City's Revolving Fund.
SECTION I! The City's Finance Director is hereby authorized
to make the required entries in the General Ledger of the City of
Kalispell to effect said transfer.
SECTION III. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.

APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS P? DAY OF JULY, 1982.
