CERTIFICATE OF DEDICATION
We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have
caused to be surveyed and platted into lots all of the following
described property and as shown by the annexed plat, to wit:
A tract of land in SEI/4 SE1/4 of Section 17, Township 28
North, Range 21 West, P.M.N., Flathead County, Montana,
described as follows: Lots 25 and 26, Block 1 of
GREENACRES, a subdivision, records of Flathead County,
Montana, containing 4.710 acres more or less, being subject to
and together with all appurtenant easements of record.
The above described tract of land is to be known and described as
the 'Amended Plat of Lots 25 and 26, Block 1 of GREENACRES, "
OWNERS' CERTIFICATION.
"We hereby certify that the purpose of this division of land is to
relocate boundaries of five or fewer lots within a platted subdivision,
and that no additional parcels are hereby created, therefore this
relocation of boundaries is exempt from review as a subdivision
pursuant to Section 76-3-207 0)(d), M.C.A. And Lot 26A is exempt
from review by the Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to
17.36.605(2)(a) ARM. which states: A parcel that has no existing
facilities for water supply, wastewater disposal, or solid waste
disposal, if no new facilities will be constructed on the parcel.
