We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused to
be surveyed and platted into lots and private easements all of the following
described property and as shown by the annexed plat, to wit:
A tract of land in Government Lot 3 of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 21
West, P.M.,M., Flathead County, Montana, being a part of Block 12 of High
School Addition, records of Flathead County, described as follows: Commencing
at the southeast corner of Block 4 of said High School Addition; thence
S13049'00"E on an extended line of the easterly boundary of said Block 4 a
distance of 66.00 feet to point on the southerly boundary of 8th Street West;
thence S76011'00"W along said southerly boundary of 8th Street West 150.00 feet
to the northear,t corner of a tract of land as shown and described in Deed
Exhibit Book 439, Page 569. records of Flathead County, said corner being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract of land herein described; thence along the
boundaries of the subject parcel as shown and described in said Deed Exhibit
the following four courses: S13049'43"E 100.05 feet; S76012'03"W 150.00 feet;
N13049'38"W 100.00 feet; N76011'00"E 150.00 feet to the point of beginning
containing 15,004 square feet more or less, and being subject to and together
with all appurtenant easements of record.
