Meridian Montana, Flathead County, Montana, and more particularly

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 6C of the Amended Plat of

Montana; thence N00'20'23W, a distance of 67.98 feet; thence
N89'39'35"E, a distance of 136.63 feet; thence S0924'05"E, a distance
of 76.62 feet; thence along a curve in a southwesterly direction with a
radius of 15.00 feet, a central angle of 90'03'40", and an arc length
of 23.58 feet; thence S89'39'35"W, a distance of 85,72 feet; thence
along a curve in a northwesterly direction with a radius of 15.00 feet, a
central angle of 55'03'13", and an arc length of 14.41 feet; thence

Section 17.36.605 (2)(d) A.R.M., which states:

public water and sewer."

We also certify this division of land is exempt from Subdivision
Review pursuant to Section 76-3-207 (1)(d) M.C.A., which states:
the following division of land are not subdivisions under this
Chapter but are subject to surveying requirements of 76-3-401
for division of land not amounting to subdivisions:
(d) for five or fewer lots within a platted subdivision, relocation
of common boundaries, and the aggregation of lots;"

We also certify, pursuant to Section 76-3-207 (1)(e), M.C.A., the
