A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 3385 BY AMENDING RULE V (5)
OF THE OPERATING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF KALISPELL
WATER DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell adopted on December 21, 1981,
pursuant to Section 69-7-201, M.C.A., certain rules and regula-
tions to the minimum requirements of good procedure for the nor-
mal operation of a utility.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend certain rules and
regulations for the efficient operation of the Kalispell City
Water Department.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL THAT RULE V (5) IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Commercial Services, such as nursing homes, which can
produce documentation satisfactory to the Water Depart-
ment, showing their occupancy does not vary signifi-
cantly and any variation is not related to seasons of
the year will not be required to install separate metering
to obtain the Water Sprinkling Rate until such time as
the existing plumbing is remodeled.
