DESCRIPTION
A tract of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28
North, Range 21 West, Principal Meridian Montana, Flathead County, Montana and more narticularly
described as follows;
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Brown's Addition to Kalispell, common to the
Southeast corner of Lot 1B, Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Brown's Addition to Kalispell and the West
Right-of-way of Airport Road in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 28
North, Range 21 West; thence SO005118"W, a distance of 177.52 feet alo8q the West Right -of -Way of
Airport Road; thence S89 59'09"W, a distance of 283.13 feet; thence NO 07'06"E, a distance of 177.68
feet; thence S89 58'54"E a distance of 283.04 feet to the West Right -of -Play of Airport Road, the
Point -of -Beginning. Said tract contains 1.1541 acres, more or less, subject to and together with
all easements of record.
The above described tracts are to be known as and designated as Lots 2A, 3A, 4A and 5A of
the Amended Subdivision Plat of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Brown's Addition to Kalispell.

the easements as shown on said plat are specifically designated for said use as permanent easements."
