RESOLUTION NO. _ 3392
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE MAXIMUM RATE OF INTEREST TO BE PAID ON
.SPECIAL SIDEWALK AND CURB WARRANTS OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'ri OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The rate of interest to be paid on special sidewalk and
curb warrants hereafter issued by the City pursuant to Ordinance #846
(Section 24-28, Kalispell City Code) shall be no greater than 9 3/4%
per annum from the date of issuance of said warrant.
in issuing said warrants the City Clerk Treasurer shall, through
contracts with authorized City depositories, obtain the best interest
rate therefor with such limitation and issue sameaccordingly.
SECTION 2. Any other maximum -rate of interest payable on said side-
walk and curb warrants heretofore established bythe City of Kalispell
is hereby repealed.
