Resolution authorizing filing of application with the Environmental Protection

Act (33 U.S.C.'466 et seq.),
11HEREAS under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 466 et
seq.), the United States of America has authorized the making of grants to
authorized applications to aid in the construction of specific public projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by The City of Kalispell
1. That LeRoy E. McDowell, Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of The City of
Kalispell with the United States Government for a.
grant to aid in the construction of Federal Sewage Works Grant
C300263-01 (Step 1) Kalispell, -Montana
and he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
.Environmental Protection Agency may reasonably request in connection with
suQh application and to sign all necessary documents.and receive payment.
