It is hereby resolved by the Council of Kalipsell that the City Agreement of
Federal Aid Project No. F 5-3(12)112, the Main Street - 6th to Center - Kalsipell
Road with the State of Montana, acting by and through the Department of Highways, is
o-dopted by this Council; and the Mayor of Kalispell is hereby empowered and author-
ized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Council of Kalispell.
