That is what we truly need in NW Montana. Not just housing. Not just an opportunity for people to make money. Not just places for out of state people to move to. We need housing for our workforce. I receive calls, pleas for help every day from individuals, families with children who are being forced out of their homes and have no place to live. You cannot begin to imagine the hurt, pain, fear. The sad part, I do not have options or the resources to help ... most ... From the perspective of the work we do in the Flathead, through Habitat, our mission, I do not fully support the ADU proposal. Everyone says affordable housing is an important item to address, but based on the results we are creating ... I'm not sure it is as important as claimed. I needed to share this, my thoughts with you. Be blessed. Working with you to build hope ... the future! i • • Bob Helder Executive Director Habitat for Humanity of Flathead Valley 2535 Highway 93 South Kalispell, MT 59901 office: (406) 257-8800 directorAhabitatflathead.org • habitatflathead.org Habitat for Humanity. of FI3lhead Valley PS — We are always looking for individuals and groups of volunteers at our build sites, our Restore, and to provide lunches!
