Public Hearing NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Kalispell has a proposal, submitted by Mark Owens, dba LBO Limited
Partnership, to adopt an amendment to the Kalispell City -County
Master Plan. The proposed revision to the Kalispell City -County
Master Plan has been reviewed by the Kalispell City Planning Board
and the Kalispell City Planning Board forwarded to the Kalispell
City Council a recommendation that said proposed amendment be
approved, in accordance with § 76-1-GO4, M.C.A. The City Council on
the 17th day of June, 2002 passed a RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
ADOPT, REVISE OR REJECT A RECOMMENDED AMENDMENT TO THE KALISPELL
CITY -COUNTY MASTER PLAN. Said proposed amendment seeks to change
the Kalispell City -County Master Plan from "Agricultural" to "Urban
Residential", "High Density Residential" and "Neighborhood
Commercial" for a certain tract of land located on the northeast
corner of Stillwater Road and West Reserve Drive. Said tracts are
described as a portion of Assessor's Tract 5, Section 25, Township
29 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
on the ist day of July, 2002, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Kalispell, Montana, the City Council of the
City of Kalispell will hold a public hearing on the proposed
amendment and subsequent to said public hearing may consider
passage of a final resolution adopting, revising or rejecting the
proposed amendment to the Kalispell City -County Master Plan. For
