Resolution 3367 - Budget - Water Sprinkling15 3 I I RESOLUTION NO. 3367 A RESOLUTION LEVYING THE COST OF WATER SPRINKLING THE STREETS AND AVENUES IN THE WATER SPRINKLING DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR THE YEAR 1981. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON- TANA, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, that the entire cost of the Water Sprinkling District No. 2 for the year 1981 is estimated to be $28,035.00 and the City has cash on hand of $7,377.00 for this purpose; and WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 8 th day of Sept. , 1981, the City Council did consider all objections made to said es- timate and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment of said cost; . NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY -THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA: SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the total net cost, or $20,G58.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or parcel of land as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the office of the City Clerk. SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied on all pro- perty in said District No. 1, water sprinkling, for the cost of sweeping and water sprinkling the streets,and avenues in said dis- trict. Said tax shall be levied at $0.008912 per sq. ft. of said lot abutting said streets and for avenues. SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
