RESOLUTION NO. 3364
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 334.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON-
TANA:
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the
City of Kalispell, Montana, to create Special Improvement District
No.'334 for the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. That the general character of the improvements to
be made in said proposed Special Improvement District is paving and
curbing of the 700 Block of East Washington Street.
SECTION 3. That the estimated cost of said improvements is
Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00).
SECTION 4. That the entire cost and expense of said improve-
ments shall be assessed against each lot within the district to be
assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to
the area of the entire district.
SECTION 5. That said assessment shall be paid for in full up-
on completion of the contract, or shall be paid in twenty equal
sem-i-annual installments, hereby extended over a period of ten years.
Said assessment shall constitute a fund to be known as Special im-
provement District No. 334.
SECTION 6. That said improvements shall be Paid for in Special
Improvement District Warrants issued against said districtin sums
not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars C$500.001 each,.bea ,r:�pg interea't
at a rate that is no greater than allowed by the iaws of'the State
of Montana from the date of registration until called for redemption
or paid in full.
SECTION 7. That on the 5th day of -October , 1981, at 7:30
P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Kalis-
pell, Montana, at a regular meeting thereof, the City Council will
hear and pass on any protests that may be made against the making of
said improvements or the creation of said district.
SECTION 8. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
give the proper notice of the passage of this resolution by publica-
tion and mailing as required by law, such publication to be made in
a daily newspaper published in the City of Kalispell, Montana.
