RESOLUTION NO .' - 3357
A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OIL SPRINKLING DISTRICT
NO. 2.
BE TT RESOLVED BY THE CIT'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MON-
TANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Council
by Section #7-12-4403, M.C.A., the boundaries of the Oil Sprinkling
District No. 2 are hereby altered to include therein all areas with-
in the City as of March 1, 1981, and in which sprinkling and dust
control is being performed by the City directly or under a contract
therefor. Said district shall include any area heretofor designated
as Oil Sprinkling District No. 2.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, AND APPROVED BY
THE MAYOR THIS 5TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1981.
