RESOLUTION NO. 3352
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 333.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalispell, in
compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana, did, on the 5th
day of August, 1981, create Special Improvement District No. 333 of
the City of Kalispell for the purpose of extending the existing water
and sewer utility lines of the City of Kalispell into the area com-
prising said District No. 333, in all of that area included in, and
in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in Resolu-
tions No. 3348 and No. 3351.
. WHEREAS, Marquardt, Billmayer, Consulting Engineers, 2191 - 3rd
Avd. East, Kalispell, have submitted plans of said construction, and
same have been approved by the City Engineer for the City of Kalis-
pell.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for said construc-
tion in accord with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the substantial
form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
