NOW THEREFORE, puTsuant to the provisions of Section 7 5 4.308(l) MCA
be it hereby resolved:
I. The al terations and modifications of the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Kalispell and Pack and Company
Contractor...
dated April 23v 1981 as set out in Exhibit IVA" attac,hed hereto, are

2. As soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor, as hereby approved by the
Council, this approval thereof shall be in effect.
