RESOLUTION NO. 3345
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS
FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 332.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Kalispell, in compliance with the statutes of the State of
Montana, did, on the 15th day of June, 1981, create Spe-
cial Improvement District No. 332 of the City_of Kalispell
for the purpose of construction of streets and associated
curbs, gutters and sidewalks fronting and serving all the
.lots within the district, in all of that area included in,
and in accordance with the terms and conditions as speci-
fied in Resolutions No. 3329 and No. 3341.
WHEREAS, Marquardt, Billmayer Consulting Engineers,
2191 3rd Ave. East, Kalispell, have submitted plans of
said construction, and same have been approved by the City
Engineer for the City of Kalispell.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk forthwith call for bids for
said construction in accord with the laws of the State of
Montana.
2. That the Notice of said call for bids be in the
substantial form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.
