RESOLUTION NO. 3334
A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE OUT THE COMPREBENSIVE EMPLOMmT TRAINING ACT FUND
BY TRANSIM TO THE GENERAL FUND

The City of Kalispell has participated in the Comprehensive Employment
Training Act (CETA) program under the Emergency Employment Act and Public
Service Employment Act since 19721and:maintained a fund to administer the
Program; and
VEMMS;"
The program was discontinved by the City of Kalispell in 1980 and the
CETA Fund has not been closed; and
WREREAS;
A balance of $259-31 remains in said fund and same should be trans—
ferred to the City General Fund to close out;
NOW THERWORE, HE IT RESOLVED:
That $259-31 be transferred from the Public Service Employment Fund
to the General Fund. If at any time a federal audit required a refund
to the CETA office, it shall be paid from the General Fund.
