tions have been found neces . sary and adviseable and inthe best interests of the
City; and said changes and alterations could not have been necessarily forseeable
when the original design and" specifications were prepared on this phase of the
Demolition of Old City Hall and said changes are contained in

Exhibit "A" attached hereto and are by this reference made a part hereof; and

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7- 5 - 4308(l) MCA
be it hereby resolved:
l.' The alterations'and modifications of the specifications and plans of the
contract between the City of Kalispell and F. Matelich Construction Co
Contractor
dated April 149 1981 as set out in Exhibit "All attached hereto, are
. hereby approved; and
2. As soon as the price to be paid for said alterations and modifications
are agreed to in writing, signed by the contractor., as hereby approved by the
Council, this approval thereof shall be in effect.

overhead door operators and remote -controls and_(2) the actual amount of
imported material- was less than the -estimated yardage included in the unit
price bid for site preparation.
