RESOLUTION NO. 3327
A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 3279 WHICH DECLARED
DELINQUENT ALL UNPAID ASSESSMENTS ON LOTS 1 AND 3, GIBSON
ADDITION NO. 41, UNDER SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTR ICTS 315
AND 316.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3279 the Kalispell City
Council.did declare delinqtent all unpaid assessments under
Special Improvement Districts No..315 and 316 on Lots 1 and
3, Gibson Addition No. 41; and
WHEREAS,, the City has been presented with a p1an of
installment payment of,those assessments past due, with ac-
cumulated interest and penalty, that is satisfactory to the
City and assurance of payment of assessments hereafter to
become due has been given to the City by the current owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, good cause appearing, the City Council
does hereby rescind the action taken by Resolution No. 3279,
and directs the City Clerk withdraw the Notice to the Treas-
urer of Flathead County as a result of said Resolution No.
3279.

APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 20TH DAY OF APRIL, 1981.
