A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT, AS A CITY STREET, "WINDWARD WAY" IN THE RE —
SUBDIVISION OF SIMMONS ADDITION NO. 78.
WHEREAS, in the annexation of the Simmons Addition No. 33 and
in the Resubdivision of Simmons Addition No. 78, a certain portion
thereof was established as a 401 road easement for public use, and
- WHEREAS, now the owners of the property upon which said road
easement exists wish to establish and dedicate same as a public
street and the City is agreeable to accept same as -'a public street
and name game as "Windward Way",
NOW THEREFORE, BE -IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
The City of Kali spell does hereby accept as a
public street, that property designated as
"Windward Way" on.the Amended Plat of Resubdivi-
sion of Simmons Addition, No. 78 located in
Government Lot 6, Sec. 6, T28N, R21W, P.M.M.,
Flathead County, Montana, more fully described
on Exhibit 'W' attached hereto.
Said public street shall be known as "Windward Way" and is
hereby dedicated to the use of the public forever.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to file for record in the
books and records of the County Clerk and Recorder of Flathead
County, Montana, the Amended Plat of the Resubdivision of Simmons
Addition No. 78 as soon as same can be prepared and executed by
the proper parties thereto; upon such recording this Resolution
shall be effective and the City's acceptance of said street com--
pleted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 16th DAY OF March 1981.
