A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE MAXIMUM RATE OF INTEREST TO BE PAID ON
SPECIAL SIDEWALK AND CURB WARRJAMS OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The.rate of inte-rest to be paid on special sidewalk and
curb warrants hereafter issued by the City pursuant to OTdinance #846
(Section 24-28, Kalispell City Code) shall be no greater than 7 %
per annum from the date of issuance of said war -rant.

In issuing said warrants the City Treasurer shall, through con
a
tracts with authorized City depositories, obtain the best interest
Tate therefor with such limitation and issue same accordingly.
SECTION 2. Any other maximum rate of interest -payable on said side-
walk and curb�warrants heretofore established by the City of Kalispell
is hereby repealed.
