NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the
Kalispell City Council is consid-
ering an amendment to the
Kalispell Growth Policy - Plan It
2035 to change various land use
designations on 75.2 acres of
land located along Airport Road
from Begg Park to the Highway
93 Bypass intersection in Flat-
head County, Montana. The
Kalispell City Planning Board
has considered the amendment,
held a public hearing on March
9, 2021, and recommended
adoption of the amendment. The
Kalispell Council, on April 5,
2021, passed a Resolution of In-
tention to Adopt, Revise, or Re-
ject a Recommended Amend-
ment to the Kalispell Growth Pol-
icy - Plan It 2035. On April 19,
2021, at 7:00 pm in the City Hall
Council Chambers, 201 First
Avenue East, Kalispell, the
Council will hold a public hearing
regarding the proposed amend-
ment which can be viewed on
the city's website at www.kalispe
Il.comlagendacenter or in the of-
fice of the City Clerk at 201 First
Avenue East, Kalispell. Any per-
son wishing to address the pro-
posed amendment may appear
via video conferencing at this
hearing and make oral state-
ments. written comments may
also be submitted to the City
Clerk at 201 First Avenue East,
Kalispell, MT 59901, or by email
to publiccomment@kalispell.com
prior to the hearing. For addition-
