OLD BUSINESS:
Sunshine Factory – 15 Glacier View; residential community center – This has passed through
site review.
Arcade & Tap House – 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house – Nothing new. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – There was discussion about the
hammerhead turnaround under the BPA easement as a viable option. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Core Water Consulting – 490 E Montana St; new apartment complex – ADA parking and
ramp, deck modification – Still under review by departments. The need for a cross access
easement was discussed. This will be on the agenda next week.
Big Sky Electric – 15 & 17 Appleway; new office and storage space; There was discussion on
the layout of the building, paving and stormwater requirements, and the type of use in the
structures. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Flathead County Courthouse – 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Public
Works noted that work has begun on this project and will look into how to address the existing
parking space that are in the alley ROW. This will be on the agenda next week.
