M. in the :Council Chambers at City Hall for the following purpose: GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND TO BE PLACID ON BALLOT FOR SWIM POOL We, the undersigned, being all of the .members of.the City Council, do hereby waive notice of the date and purpose.of the Special Meeting of the City Council to be held Thursday, April'12, 1984 at 4:00 P. RESOLUTION #3519 Councilman Springer moved to adopt Resolution 43519 a resolution to subinit to the qualified and registered:lelectors of the City of Kalispell, for their approval issuing of $550,000.00 in General Obligation Bonds pledging the general credit of the City of Kalispell, for the purpose of renovating Bruckhauser Pool within the City of Kalispell and to direct due and proper notice of said election unto the electors. Seconded by Councilman Manning. Roll call vote. Councilmen Ruiz and Schindler voted nay. All others voted aye. Resolution adopted. Councilman Schindler -.'qualified his "nay" vote by explaining that as he campaigned for his office, door to door, he found many people who wanted a year around pool.
