City Manager Doug Russell provided the staff presentation on this item.
City Attorney Charles Harball provided further detail about the statute related to this
item.

D. CITY MANAGER, COUNCIL AND MAYOR REPORTS
City Manager Russell provided the following report:
• The city has the opportunity to receive a more historical locomotive to trade for
the train parked along the future Kalispell Parkline Trail.
• Next Monday is a fifth Monday, so the Council will not meet. The next regular
meeting will be Tuesday, September 8, 2020.
Councilor Waterman clarified that the Health Board and the County Health Center is two
different entities. The County Health Center has been discussing separating from the Health
Board which is currently the fiscal agent for the Health Center. The Health Center would still
rent facilities from the County and would not dissolve.
Councilor Daoud reported that he has moved to a different residence within his ward.
