Mayor Happ presided., Councilmen Grainger, Vidal, O'Boyle, Zauner, Smith and Ruiz
were present. Councilman Granmo absent. Councilman Daley iibiaent because of illness.
Councilman Smith moved to set December 16th as the date.for a public hearing for
water and sewer rate increase. Seconded by Councilman Grainger. Motion. carried.
ORDINANCE #994
Councilman Ruiz moved second reading of Ordinance'#944 an ordinance setting salaries
for city employees for 1981-82.. Seconded by Councilman Zauner. Roll call vote.
All voted aye.
Councilman Grainger moved to adjourn. Seconded by Councilman Ruiz. Carried.
Approved as presented December 7, 19 81 .
