CONFLICTS DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Resolution 5607 adopted on lurch. 4, 2013 established the Policies and Procedures for the
Kalispell City Council. Chapter 3, Section 3.7 of that document requires members of the
Kalispell City Council to file a disclosure statement with the City Clerk by January 31 " of each
year. The disclosure statement shall include the name and address of the Council member, all
current employment of Council member that is in addition to the elected position with the City,
and the name of any boards on which the Council member cuxrcntly serves.
