The addition would be an extension of the east wall of the existing building. It will be approximately 1,643 square feet and would have seating for up to 150 people. The Kalispell City -County Planning Board and Zoning Commission, after due and proper notice, on November 13, 2001, held a public hearing on the application, took public comment and recommended that the application be approved subject to certain conditions. After reviewing the application, the record, the Tri-City Planning Office report, and after duly considering the matter, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, pursuant to the Kalispell Zoning Ordinance, hereby adopts Tri-City Planning Office, Conditional Use Report #KCU-01-06 as the council's findings of fact, and issues and grants to the above -described real property a conditional use permit to allow the addition onto the existing Shining Mountain Church, in a Residential, R-3 zoning district subject to the following conditions: ' 4k001338I�P�SiS SECTION I. 1. That the proposal will be developed in substantial conformance with the approved site plan, which shall govern the location of the buildings and access. 2. That the City of Kalispell Building Department and the Kalispell Fire Department shall review and approve the building plans and fire suppression system for compliance with the applicable building and fire codes. 3. That a drainage plan utilizing on -site detention methods shall be reviewed and approved by the Kalispell Public Works Department. 4. This permit is valid for a period of 18 months after which time it will terminate if commencement of authorized activity has not begun.
