PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is waiting on some items from Mike
Frazier for Beehive Homes. Public Works needs a bond from Payne West for the C of O, per
Rachel they did provide one with a completion date of 9/21 /2021. Public Works is waiting on a
resolution on the garbage enclosure for 21 Appleway Apartments. Property owner for Sterling
school called and advised that all the improvements are done, and they are looking to get that
signed off and the bond released. Tabler will have Mark Crowley go by and look.
OLD BUSINESS:
St. Matthew's Phase 1 & 2 - 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & Pt Ave W. Public Works
and Parks are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Square - Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Departments are still
under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Departments still
under review. Public Works is waiting for developer to obtain a permit from BNSF. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Peterson Elementary - 1119 2nd St W; parking lot repaving — Still waiting on site plan from
Tim with the school district. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Landing Phase 2 — Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex — Departments
still under review. Public Works is waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters — 31 Three Mile Dr; new office, catering, and retail —
Building is waiting on a resubmittal. Public Works is waiting on revisions for the pre-treatment.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Wendy's — 520 E Idaho St; interior/exterior remodel, parking lot reconfiguration — Del is still
reviewing pre-treatment and working with contractor on grease interceptor issues. This has
passed thru site review with the condition that Del signs off on grease interceptor issues.
Building plans are done and approved.
Sunshine House — 15 Glacier View; residential community center — Nothing new. Planning still
figuring out issues with the 2 lots. Public Works will send out their standard boulevard
improvement requirements. This will be on the agenda next week.
Nail Salon — 211 S Main St; remodel to nail salon/spa — Departments ready to sign off. This has
passed thru site review.
Arcade & Tab House — 2400 Hwy 93 S; remodel to arcade/tab house — Waiting on a formal site
plan. Building has advised the owner of all requirements needed for plan set but has not received
a set of plans. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEM: Warming Center was approved by the Planning Board and will
proceed to City Council.
OTHER: The new Frugals located g 635 Treeline has sent a preliminary drawing of how they
would like to change the existing drive-thru layout. Public Works and Planning will review.
