PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is waiting on some items for Payne
West, Beehive Homes and the 21 Appleway Apartments. PJ asked Keith to check on the status of
Public Work items for CHS.
OLD BUSINESS:
Woodland Apartments - 23 Woodland Park; new multi -family. Aggregation of the parcels still
need to happen, deed to dedicate the right of way has incorrect legal in the first paragraph that
needs corrected, Paul Bardos needs to provide a copy of waiver of protest of SID that he plans on
recording at the Plat Room to Public Works. Recreational amenity calculations and inverse
condemnation needs to be removed before building permits can be issued. This has passed thru
site review subject to these conditions.
St. Matthew's Phase 1 & 2 - 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & Pt Ave W. Public Works
and Parks are under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Stillwater Square -Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Building plans and
applications have been received. Departments are still under review. Committee discussed curb
cuts, phasing plan and pedestrian walkways. This will be on the agenda next week.
Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Departments still
under review. Committee discussed stormwater, trash enclosures and easements. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Peterson Elementary - 1119 2nd St W; parking lot repaving — Still waiting on site plan from
Tim with the school district. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Cottages at Immanuel Lutheran — 165 Crestline Ave; 4 assisted living dwelling units.
Departments have completed review. Committee discussed addressing of units. This has passed
thru site review.
Owl View Landing Phase 2 — Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex — Departments
still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters — 31 Three Mile Dr; new office, catering, and retail —
Building has comments out. Committee discussed phasing plan and some things that were
missed in Phase 1 could possibly be done in Phase 2. This will be on the agenda next week.
Wendy's — 520 E Idaho St; interior/exterior remodel, parking lot reconfiguration — Updated site
plan received with changes planning department had asked for. Del is still reviewing pre-
treatment plan. This will be on the agenda next week.
Sunshine House — 15 Glacier View; residential community center — Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Nail Salon — 211 S Main St; remodel to nail salon/spa — under review, this will be on the agenda
next week.
Arcade & Tab House — 2400 Hwy 93 S; remodel to arcade/tab house - under review, this will
be on the agenda next week.
