Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Great Indoors- Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Parks is still waiting on an irrigation plan; all other departments are ready to sign off. This will be on the agenda for next week. St. Matthew’s Phase 2- 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1st Ave W. Public Works has received a resubmittal and is reviewing. This resubmittal indicates they are going back to doing both phases. Parks is waiting on an irrigation and planting legend. This will be on the agenda for next week. Stillwater Square- Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Eagle Valley Ranch PUD Amendment- allow building permits to be issued prior to final plat approval of Eagle Valley Ranch Phase 1- Departments present determined this was a minor amendment.
