PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Apartments at 2 Mile — 70 Glenwood Dr; Cashiers
check was given so there is technically no expiration for the collateral. Rachel has sent out a
letter to the owner, Public Works advised the sidewalk and paving is scheduled to be completed
this week. Parks and Rec will go out this week to follow up on landscaping completion.
OLD BUSINESS:
Woodland Apartments- 23 Woodland Park; new multi -family. Issues with recreational amenity
requirements and lot aggregation. Meeting with the City Manager is planned. Public Works has
still not received the waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week.
Great Indoors- Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Public Works has received the resubmittal and
has it under review, they have assigned an address of 565 E Swift Creek Way. Owner has filed
for final plat which includes a bond, planned for City Council meeting on 9/21/20. Zoning is
waiting on a resubmittal and Parks and Rec have approved the plans for the HOA area. This will
be on the agenda for next week.
St. Matthew's Phase 2- 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & lst Ave W. Public Works is still
waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Stillwater Square- Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Public Works is waiting on
a resubmittal. Other departments are still under review, however there have been no building
permit applications submitted. This will be on the agenda for next week.
Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Public Works and
Planning have comments out. There are some storm water design issues because of the section of
railroad that has not yet been released to the city. This will be on the agenda next week.
Peterson Elementary- 1119 2nd St W; parking lot repaving — Public Works will be researching
the history on this project because there are some improvements that were to be made in the past
that were not completed. Tom Tabler has left a message for the school superintendent to advise
they are reviewing it. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Cottages at Immanuel Lutheran — 165 Crestline Ave; 4 assisted living dwelling units.
Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Owl View Landing Phase 2 — Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex — building
permit application and plans have not been submitted. Still very early in the review process. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Copper Mountain Headquarters — 31 Three Mile Dr; new office, catering, and retail —
Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEM: PJ updated committee on a letter from the county regarding a 20
space RV park that has been applied for in the county.
